This product are covered with 'CabineLab Care' which is a warranty campaign that cover (1) one year only. All the warranty will invalid when our team detect that product are damage because of owner or 'CabineLab Tag' damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or any actions not consistent with the product's intended use.
1 to 1 Siera exchange
This 1-to-1 Siera Exchange for the purpose of facilitating a product exchange.
1.1 The Buyer is eligible for a 1-to-1 product exchange if the original product is found to be defective or non-functioning within 15 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 The product must still be within the warranty period specified by the Seller at the time of purchase.
1.3 The Buyer must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.
2.1 The Buyer must notify the Seller of the defective product within the specified timeframe.
2.2 The Seller will review the claim and, if found eligible, provide instructions for the exchange process.
2.3 The Buyer is responsible for returning the defective product to the Seller, following the provided instructions and ensuring proper packaging to prevent further damage.
2.4 Upon receipt of the returned product, the Seller will inspect it to confirm the eligibility for the 1-to-1 exchange.
2.5 If the eligibility criteria are met, the Seller will provide a replacement product of the same model or a comparable alternative, subject to availability.
2.6 The Buyer may be required to pay any price difference if the replacement product has a higher value.
2.7 The Seller will bear the site visit costs associated with sending the replacement product to the Buyer.
3.1 The warranty for the replacement product will be the remaining duration of the original warranty from the date of the initial purchase.
3.2 The terms and conditions of the original warranty shall apply to the replacement product.
4.1 This Agreement does not cover product damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or any actions not consistent with the product's intended use.
4.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the defect is determined to be a result of the Buyer's actions or if the product shows signs of tampering.
Before returning a product, you must first contact our customer support team either through email or phone. Provide them with your order details, the reason for the return, and any supporting information or evidence, such as photographs, if applicable.
